How do I change the credit card on my account?

For Companies:

If you need to add, update, or remove a credit/debit card from your account, you can easily do that from the Admin Dashboard > Account Settings > Saved Credit Cards section. When there you'll have the option to remove your card, disable auto refills, or even add another card to your account.

When you disable a credit card that is linked to an account that is on a monthly subscription it will lock you out of your account and remove your ability to manage classes, mark students complete and perform other functions. Please contact us right away to connect your subscription to the new card on your account by calling us at 877-630-1310 or emailing us at instructorhelp@protrainings.com this will not happen automatically.

Please do not email your credit card information to us, protect yourself by providing only the last 4 digits of the new card you'd like to authorize on your account.

For Instructors:

If you need to add, update, or remove a credit/debit card from your account, you can easily do that from the Instructor Dashboard > My Payments > Saved Credit Cards section. When there you'll have the option to make any updates or add another card to your account.

When you disable a credit card that is linked to an account that is on a monthly subscription it will lock you out of your account and remove your ability to manage classes, mark students complete and perform other functions.
