How do I get a refund?

If your certificate has been denied-

We are confident that you will be pleased with your online certification from ProTrainings.  However, since the choice of whether to accept or deny a certificate is left up to your employer, ProTrainings offers an easy 30-day money-back guarantee in the rare case that your certificate is not accepted.  Here are some helpful tips on the next steps if your certificate has been denied:

    Speaking with your employer

    Some employers may be unfamiliar with ProTrainings. Rest assured, ProTrainings courses follow all international guidelines for training set by ECC/ILCOR/AHA and are approved by hundreds of state and health boards. If your employer is simply unsure if ProTrainings is an accredited option for training, you may share this letter of introduction with them. Additionally, your employer may browse all of our acceptance information at protrainings.com/acceptance. If your employer has any additional questions about ProTrainings or your certificate they are welcome to contact us directly as well.  Many students find this to be a great option so they do not need to re-take a class.

    Add a hands-on manikin skill evaluation 

    Did you take your training 100% online? Some of our courses, such as CPR & First Aid, can be supplemented by a live skill evaluation. If your employer has not accepted your certification because you are required to complete a skill evaluation, we offer simple solutions to complete your hands-on training requirements from the comfort of your own home.     Request a refund

    If you purchased an item or course inadvertently or your certification was denied, we are happy to honor our 30-day money-back guarantee and process a refund for you.  

    Simply contact us (by email, phone, or live chat) to start the refund process. You may be asked for:

    • The name on your certification and/or account
    • The reason you are requesting a refund
    • Confirmation of your original payment method
