Digital-only card program

If your student is not receiving hard copy cards in the mail, this may be because your instructor account is on a digital-only card program where each student is sent a copy of their certificate by email only (digital copy). 

The future of certifications- converting to digital-only

As you know the ARC and AHA do not offer printed cards or access to any of these things (except digitally) anymore. Most CPR companies are following suit and moving to this format, we are no different and supporting this change as well. 

Most of our instructors are already on this new digital-only program and many others are converting over every day. Providing a digital-only card option is good for the environment, less hassle and cost for instructors, and more convenient to students. 

We are encouraging instructors to be excited about this change and talk to their students about these exciting changes as a good thing for everyone! 

How students can access their certificates and more! 

When you add a student into the ProTrainings Instructor/Admin Dashboard, they receive an email welcoming them to their new account with ProTrainings. They are provided their username and a password to log in. Once signed in they have access to many things right from their Training Dashboard:

  • Completed class certificates to print or save to their computer. This includes wallet cards and wall-mount versions.
  • Access to their continuing education credits with a statement of contact hours and how to submit them through professional national associations.
Referring your students to their own account gives them unlimited access to everything they should need!  They can print out their certificate for free by clicking the blue 'Print Documents' button or choose to order a printed card from the 'See More Options' link as shown below.

Please note, their class information and certificate will not show up until the class is completed.

Requests for mailed certification cards 

If you still have students requesting a certification to be mailed to them, there are two options: (1) have them pay you an additional $5 per printed card so you can order that for them, or (2) send them to their account to order these at $5 themselves.
