Getting Certified

If your certification has expired or will expire in March or April of 2020, we’re strongly recommending that employers and regulatory agencies allow a 120-day extension.

If you wish to take a renewal course, we offer a variety of contact-free solutions for businesses and individuals.

ProTrainings offers 100% online courses as well as virtual skill evaluations via video conference.

Receiving your Certification

As of March 25th, we are suspending our card mailing operations tentatively until April 30, 2020.

Due to growing concerns and restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to limit our shipping operations to prioritize the safety of our team, our mail carriers, and our customers.  

You will receive a digital copy of your card via email, which you can also access at any time in your ProTrainings dashboard. This email can be forwarded to your employer as proof of certification. For more information on accessing, downloading, and printing your card, click here.

Groups and Administrators

If you usually do CPR training in a classroom but are now justifiably concerned about spreading infectious disease, consider on-line training. 

100% online training is an effective, efficient way to get your team certified, or re-certified in CPR.

If some or all of your team is now working remotely, this could be the perfect time to have them do their training online.

If you require a hands-on evaluation for your team, we can work with you to incorporate a live skill evaluation via video conference when you’re ready, whether that’s day, weeks, or months from now.

We're offering free training on COVID-19 to teach you the facts about Coronavirus prevention. Visit to get trained. The training videos and test are available free, you will have the option to purchase a certificate after passing the test.

Our Commitment
