How to review the course training videos

Reviewing the course training videos 

Already completed your course and want to review the training videos to review and refresh your skills?  You can review the course training videos at your convenience!  

You can review the videos in two ways:

Follow the steps below for each of the two ways.

1. From your ProTrainings account

Log into your ProTrainings account here (if you are not already logged in). 



Note: If you are already logged into your ProTrainings account click on the Dashboard link in the navy navigation bar at the top of your page to bring you back to your Dashboard.

Your course will be listed under Completed Certifications on your Dashboard.  Click on the vertical ellipsis (three dots) next to the Print or Download button and then click on Review Videos.



If you are currently scheduled for a hands-on SUMO Skill Evaluation or you have not checked out yet, you can also click on the Review Training link under Step 1 Training as shown below. 



Note: If you'd like to review the topics/skills that will be covered during the skill evaluation click on the blue Review Skills Checklist button under the Step 3 Live Test as shown above. This will bring you to the Skill Evaluation Checklist for your course, you may download/print this to help you review and practice your skills.

This will direct you to the full list of the course training videos.  The videos will be listed in categories, to see the videos in each category click on the + symbol after the category name.  Then select the video you wish to review.  Any or all of the training videos can be viewed here at any time.    


Note: You can also download and/or print the student manual for the course by clicking the link provided on this page.

2- From the ProTrainings Downloads page

Visit the Protrainings Download page at www.protrainings.com/downloads

Scroll down the page to the Course Videos section.  Click on the + symbol next to the course that you are interested in.

This will direct you to the full list of the training videos within the specific course you've selected.  The videos will be listed in categories and each video name is a link to that specific video.  Click on the video name to view the video.  Any or all of the training videos can be viewed here at any time. 

Note:  Course progress will not be saved for training videos viewed from our Downloads page.
