How to join your virtual skill evaluation

Attending your virtual skill evaluation

Once you have selected a day/time for your skill evaluation and processed your payment (online course + SUMO Kit) you will receive a Confirmation Email to the email address on your account. Within this email will be a link to test your audio/video on Zoom beforehand (zoom.us/test). The link to join your skill evaluation can be accessed through your ProTrainings Dashboard.

Joining your skill evaluation

We recommend joining your skill evaluation from your ProTrainings Training Dashboard. If you are not already logged into your ProTrainings account you can log in here with your email/username and password.

Within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, a Start Skill Evaluation Now button will appear as shown below. Simply click the Start Skill Evaluation Now button as this will take you into the Zoom meeting with the Instructor. If you join the skill evaluation more than 5 minutes before the start time, there may be connection issues. We recommend joining 5 minutes before your skill evaluation will begin.

(If you do not see the Start Skill Evaluation Now button appear within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time please refresh your page and it should appear for you)

Note: If you are experiencing any difficulties joining your evaluation please call us right away at 616-855-2500. The instructor will close the class 5 minutes after the scheduled start time so we will need to work quickly to help you join in.
