I passed the test, but I logged out before buying my certificate. Can I still purchase it?

How to Purchase your certificate from your Dashboard:

You can purchase your certificate from your Dashboard for up to 60 days after you have successfully passed the test for your course by following these steps:

1. Log into your account here (if you haven’t already). If you are already logged in, click on the Dashboard link in the navy navigation bar at the top of the page, or click on the ProTrainings dot logo in the upper left of the page. All options will take you directly to your Dashboard.

2. Once you are on your Dashboard, find your course under the Courses in Progress section.

3. Click on the blue Pay Here button under your course. This will take you to your Cart.

4. In your cart, add any other items you would like to buy and review your total to make sure it’s correct. Click on the Proceed to Checkout button.

5. You will be taken to our secure checkout form. Complete it fully (shipping/billing address and credit card information) and submit your payment.

6. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will be taken to your receipt.  You can print your receipt and certificate by clicking on the More Options link to the right of your order total. We will automatically email you a copy of your receipt, with a digital copy of your wallet certificate attached to the email for you to save or print.

Your certificate will also be available for you to print at any time while it's valid from your Dashboard by clicking the blue Print or Download button.
