What is my Dashboard?

Your Training Dashboard is the screen you see when you log into your account. This is where you access everything you need to certify with us and/or access your current certifications. 

In your Training Dashboard you’ll find: 

• Your courses and tests that are in progress-- under Your Courses
  • When you finish a course and pass the test, you can purchase your certification by clicking the Pay Here button that will appear under Step 3 of the course.
• Your completed courses-- under Completed Certifications
• Your training history-- click on the Test History tab on the left side of your screen
• Your payment history-- click on the Payment History tab on the left side of your screen
• Your certificates and other printable documents-- click the Print or Download button
• Your account information-- click on the My Account tab on the left side of your screen to update your personal information

  • Phone number
  • Shipping Address
  • New password
