Can I pay over the phone versus online?

Yes! Call us at 1-616-855-2500 during our business hours (Monday-Friday from 9:00 am Eastern Time to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, and we would be happy to take your credit or debit card payment over the phone!

When you call us, be prepared to give us the following:

Your first/last name and email address (so we can find your account)
The name as displayed on your credit or debit card
Your card number, expiration date, and the security code on the card
Your shipping/mailing and billing address

Note: You will still be able to print immediately from your account and receive an emailed receipt and copy of your certification, and we will mail your certification after payment as usual (if applicable).
