If you failed the test, here’s what you can do next:
First, know that we understand taking tests can be difficult and nerve-wracking. That’s why we provide course remediation (this just means that you have the opportunity to work on the areas that you had trouble with on the test), and why there’s no limit to how many times you can take the test to get a passing score. Follow these steps to start the course remediation:
- 1
- After you finish the test, you will be sent to the course remediation page, with a red message at the top of the page stating that you did not receive a passing grade (80% or better) and displaying your score. You’ll see the videos we’ve recommended for you listed on the left side of the page, with the first video already loaded and ready for you to watch.
- 2
- You can watch all of the videos, or only some of the videos - it’s completely up to you. Underneath each video, you will see the question you missed from your test, and which the video is answering.
- 3
- When you’re done reviewing the videos, click on the red Re-Try Test button under the video to take the test again.
Note: If you’d like to continue without reviewing any course material, you can click on the red ‘Re-Try Test’ button under the video to go straight to the test.
Did you know? None of our tests are timed, so you can take your time answering the questions. The only requirement we have is that you complete the test within seven days of starting it, or the test will reset and you’ll have to start over.
