It's been a while since I passed my test. Can I still purchase my certificate?

Are you still needing to purchase your certificate?  We can help you with that!

We hold your training and test scores for 60 days after you've completed them, this means you can log back into your account at any time within the 60 days to complete the checkout process and access your certificate.

As long as you are within the 60 day period since passing your test, there will be a Pay Here button in Step 3 under your course.  Click this when you are ready to begin the checkout process.

If you’d like to purchase a certification after 60 days have passed, all you’ll need to do is log back into your account and take the online test again. Simply click on the Restart Test button under Step 2.  Or, you can call us at 1-616-855-2500 and we can assist you with getting logged back into your account and walk you through this process of re-testing.
