When do I pay for my course?

Depending on your course you may be asked to purchase your course/certificate after completing the training and passing the test for your course, in the middle of your course (between the training and test), or before taking the course (prepaid).  

Refer to the course lists below to find out when you will be asked to purchase your course/certificate if you'd like to obtain a certification of completion. 

Did you know?  All of our courses allow you to start/stop at your convenience!  If you are logged into your account your progress will be saved, and you can pick up right where you left off.  You can log back into your account here to resume your course, purchase your course/certification, or access your certification if your course is already completed and purchased. 

Pass > Pay > Print 

Our CPR/First Aid, ACLS/PALS, and a few of our general courses follow a Pass > Pay > Print method.  These courses allow you to complete the training and testing portion free of charge.  If you'd like to obtain a certification showing successful completion of the course you may choose to purchase your course after passing the testing portion of the course.

• ProFirstAid Advanced (CPR/BLS, AED & First Aid for All ages)
• ProCPR Basic (CPR & AED for adults only)
• ProFirstAid (CPR, AED & First Aid for all ages)
• ProFirstAid Basic (CPR, AED, & First Aid for adults only)
• Community CPR (CPR & AED for all ages)
• ProFirstAid Only (First Aid only for all ages- NO CPR)
• ProACLS (initial and recertification)
• ProPALS (initial and recertification)
• ProBloodborne
• Bloodborne for Body Art
• California Compliant Bloodborne for Body Art
• Coronavirus COVID 19

Training > Pay > Test > Print 

Some of our General Workplace courses will ask you to purchase your course after completing the training portion and before completing the final test for the course.  For these courses you will complete the Training >  Pay for your course > Complete the final Test > Print your certificate upon successfully passing the test.   

Here is a list of courses that follow the Training > Pay > Test > Print method:

• Bloodborne for the Workplace
• ProHIPAA
• ProHIPAA for Leaders
• ProHazcom
• Sexual Harassment
• Workplace Fire Safety
• Ergonomics (Healthcare, Office, General Workplace) 
• ProAnaphylaxis (Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine Auto-Injector)
  

After completing the training you will be directed to your cart to begin the checkout process. Click the green Proceed to Checkout button to continue.  Or, if you need to come back and process your payment at a later time you can click on the blue Pay Here button under the course on your Dashboard to proceed to the checkout process.  

Once your payment is processed, you will be able to access the testing portion of the course from your Dashboard by clicking the blue Begin Test button.  Upon successfully completing the test, you will be able to access your certification and other course documents from the blue Print or Download button that will appear under your course. 

Pay > Training & Test > Print 

A couple of courses will ask for payment upfront before allowing you to access the training and test.  For these courses you will Pay > complete the Training & Test > Print your certificate upon successfully completing the course.

• ProPetHero
• Self Defense

From the course details page clicking the red Begin Now will add the course to your cart for you.  Once it's added to your cart click on the green Proceed to Checkout button to process your payment and begin the course.  Or, from your Dashboard, you can click on the blue Start Training button to also proceed to the checkout.

Once your payment has been processed you will be able to complete the training and testing portion at your convenience.  Upon successful completion of the test, you will be able to access your certification and other course documents.
