Follow the steps below on how to update your personal shipping address from your ProTrainings account
To change your shipping/mailing address:

- Log into your account here (if you haven’t already). This will take you directly to your Dashboard.

If you are already logged in, click on the
Dashboard link in the navy navigation bar at the top of the page, or click on the
ProTrainings dot logo in the upper left of the page. Both options will take you directly to your Dashboard.

- Once you are on your Dashboard, click on the My Account tab on the left-hand side of the page as shown below.

- Scroll down to the Personal Shipping Address section.

- Make any changes needed, and then click on Save Changes button.
Did you know? If you’ve placed an order and are concerned that it’s shipping to the wrong address, contact us! As long as the item hasn’t shipped yet, we can generally change the address for you.
