If you have successfully completed your training and are being asked to retrain (watch the training videos again) rather than move onto the test for your course, please reach out to our Customer Support Team by email at support@protrainings.com.
Our Customer Support Team will be able to reset your course to allow you to proceed to the test without having to repeat the training section of your course again.
We appreciate your patience on this as we are aware of this issue and are actively working on resolving it.
