Is there a classroom student registration form I can use?

We have a downloadable registration form for instructors to print out and use when registering students so that you have all the necessary information to add them to a class.

Go to admin dashboard > Classroom Center > Instructor Documents and choose the tab "ProTrainings Forms" to find our ProTrainings Student Registration Form
