I have multiple branches or locations you'd like to keep separated?

If you are an instructor that has

(1) specific companies that you would like to keep the student roster separated, or (2) you have a number of companies that you work for with returning students, or (3) you want to organize or separate your students from your regular roster to a specific group...then you'll want to have these directions close to you!

  • Go to your instructor dashboard
  • Click on the icon to ADD A BRANCH
  • Put in the Branch/Company name (use the blank below to create an easy link for employees to sign in)
  • Click on Create Branch. (You can break out as many different branches as you like)
  • Now that your branch is created you have the option to add an admin with limited access, and
  • You'll be able to add a student to a specific branch/company when you put them into the system. 

This will keep better access to your groups and even allow you to add in an admin from that company if they want someone to have access to those employee's records, certificates, and/or be able to update that account without having full access to your instructor account.

You can even add your company logo to your company login pages so the employees know when they use the link to login, that they are in the right place. In that same area, you'll also have the option to share online certification units from the main company or purchase units independently as well to keep each location's financial records separate.
