My test is frozen and won't move forward

Is your test frozen and not moving onto the next question for you?  Does the test question have answer/s that are greyed out, like the screenshot below?

If so, this indicates that you have not selected the correct answer to the test question yet.  We would encourage you to review the question carefully and select another answer that most appropriately fits the response.

• If you do not answer correctly, this will count towards the test score, but you will still need to choose another answer to continue. Once you choose the best answer, it will then move you forward automatically.
• If you do not pass the first exam, these corrections will help set you up to successfully pass the test the next time and retain the information.  Our courses offer unlimited testing attempts to get a passing score of 80% or higher.
