How do I update the mailing address on my account?
From your Dashboard, you can easily update your account information, including your shipping address.
To change your mailing address:
- Log into your account (if you haven’t already). This will take you directly to your Dashboard.
If you are already logged in, click on the ‘Dashboard’ link in the black navigation bar at the top of the page, or click on the ProTrainings dot logo in the upper left of the page. Both options will take you directly to your Dashboard.
- At the top of your Dashboard, click on the ‘My Account’ tab (this can be found next to the ‘Training Dashboard’ tab).
- On the left side of the Dashboard, you’ll see several menu options. Click on the second option, ‘Shipping Address.’
- Make any changes needed, and then click on ‘Update Shipping Address.’
Did you know? If you’ve placed an order and are concerned that it’s shipping to the wrong address, contact us! As long as the item hasn’t shipped yet, we can generally change the address for you.
