How do I update the name on my account?

The name on your account is what is displayed on your certification, so if you create an account and enter ‘Jane’ as your first name and ‘Smith’ as your last name, it will appear exactly as Jane Smith on your certification.

If your name has recently changed, let us know! We can update that in your account for you, and any name change we make would take effect immediately.
