Will I receive a receipt after I purchase my certification?
After you have successfully purchased your certification, you will automatically be directed to an order confirmation page with your receipt, and we will send you a receipt (with your certification attached) to the email address we have on file for you. It will also be available to view in your account any time during the two years your certification is valid.
To view or print your receipt from your Dashboard:
- Log into your account (if you haven’t already). This will take you directly to your Dashboard.
- If you are already logged in, click on the ‘Dashboard’ link in the black navigation bar at the top of the page, or click on the red and blue ProTrainings cross logo in the upper left of the page. Both options will take you directly to your Dashboard.
- In your Training Dashboard, find your course under ‘Enrolled Courses.’
- Click on the blue ‘Print Documents’ button under your course. A pop-up window will appear with four options, among them Print Receipt. This is a digital, printable copy of your receipt for your purchase, showing the cost of your certification as well as any other items you bought with the certification.
- Click on the ‘Print Receipt’’ option. Follow your computer’s prompts to save or print your receipt.
If you weren’t redirected to the order confirmation page and didn’t receive your emailed receipt, it is likely that there was a problem in the payment process. You can attempt payment again, or call our Customer Support team at 1-888-406-7487 for more help.
