Will I receive a receipt after I purchase my certification?
How to view or print your receipt from your Dashboard:
After you have successfully purchased your course by completing the checkout process, you will automatically be directed to an order confirmation page with your receipt, and we will send you a receipt (with your certification attached) to the email address we have on file for you. It will also be available to view in your account any time during the time your certification is valid.
- Log into your account (if you haven’t already, you can do so here). This will take you directly to your Dashboard.
If you are already logged in, click on the ‘My Dashboard’ link in the black navigation bar at the top of the page, or click on the ProTrainings dot logo in the upper left of the page. Both options will take you directly to your Dashboard.
- In your Training Dashboard, find your course under ‘Your Enrolled Courses.’
- Click on the blue ‘Print Documents’ button under your course. A pop-up window will appear with four options, among them 'Print Receipt.' This is a digital, printable copy of your receipt for your purchase, showing the cost of your certification as well as any other items you bought with the certification.
- Click on the ‘Print Receipt’ option in the upper right corner of the page. Follow your computer’s prompts to print or download and save your receipt.
Need more help? If you weren’t redirected to the order confirmation page and didn’t receive your emailed receipt, it is likely that there was a problem in the payment process. You can attempt payment again, or call our Customer Support team at 1-616-855-2500 for more help.
