What if only some of my staff need Blended but not all of them?

We created the Employee Groups feature in your Admin Dashboard to address challenges just like this one.

With Employee Groups, you can create groups for employees who have special training needs. For instance, you can create a Blended training group for those employees who need a hands-on skill evaluation with their CPR/AED course, and our system will automatically set their courses to Blended required. Then, you can create an Online-Only employee group for those who don’t need the hands-on portion, and our system will automatically recognize their course as complete once they’ve passed their online test.

Setting up employee groups is a quick process, but your Group Specialist can help you create and configure your employee groups. If you need help, just let them know!
